Same rules as before apply here:

A grand price winner will be selected (200 )  Then, there will be 2 runner ups who will get 50 each.

Runner ups will be selected by getting close to the number of the grand price winner.  

So for example; if the number comes up 7.  Then 6, and 8 will be runner up.  
If the number comes up 20, then 19, and 21 will be runner up.  
however; If the number comes up 1, then 2 and 3 will be runner up.
by the same way if there are only 50 entries and that's the last number and comes up, then 49, and 48 will be runner up.
